Because this is a digital training program that includes immediate access to federally required materials and certification pathways, CKS Safe Pathway does not offer refunds, transfers, or credit toward future courses for any reason, including but not limited to:

All students must complete the Course Enrollment Form before receiving access to any training materials.
Enrollment is confirmed once the student:
Submits the Enrollment Form
Completes full payment
Receives confirmation email with access instructions
Course access will be delivered digitally through our training platform. Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure they receive course materials, updates, and certificates.
Students enrolling in the DOT Collector Course must meet minimum requirements, including basic reading comprehension, ability to follow instructions, and understanding of DOT/Non-DOT rules presented during training.

Upon successful completion of required modules, written assessments, and mock collection demonstrations, students will receive a Certificate of Completion from CKS Safe Pathway verifying they have been trained as a:
DOT Urine Specimen Collector, or
Non-DOT Specimen Collector,
depending on the course purchased.
This certificate verifies that the student has completed training aligned with 49 CFR Part 40 guidelines and industry standards.
It may be presented to employers, TPAs, and collection sites as proof of training.
Certification is issued only if all required modules, evaluations, and mock collections are completed.
Certificates will be emailed to the student within 24β72 hours or a week after completion.
